Vireli Terms & Conditions

 

 

PRICES, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION

 

By signing Quote, Client agrees to be accountable for the actual charges incurred as outlined in these Vireli Terms and Conditions.  Client specifically acknowledges and agrees that the Quote Amount does not reflect the actual charges of your trip.  Actual charges for Client trip will be based upon the total miles flown from the originating base location and services rendered in accordance with Vireli's standard published charges, which are contained in these Vireli Terms and Conditions.  If there is a credit on Client account following payment from Client insurance, VIRELI will reimburse the excess amount to Client. The Quote Amount may be adjusted upon receipt of a medical report from Client’s attending physician.

Quote is aircraft specific; should the need arise for the aircraft or itinerary to change, cost may vary accordingly. Client shall be informed of any such change prior to flight and the amount of additional cost, if any. The Quote is subject to aircraft and crew availability and is valid for 24 hours. Upon acceptance of terms and conditions listed herein, this document becomes a legal and binding contract between the two parties and shall be adjudicated in Charlotte County, FL and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All prices quoted herein are effective on the date quoted, are subject to change without notice. Price subject to fuel surcharge due to world affairs. Full payment is due upon Quote acceptance unless terms have been established. Quotes are subject to additional charges for any add-ons, changes or incidentals to the itinerary to include but not limited to, non-standard catering (standard catering includes prepackaged snacks and non-alcoholic beverages), deicing, hangar and/or any damages to the aircraft. Quotes are based on Vireli LLC choice of FBO. All cancellations or itinerary changes, regardless of when they occur, are subject to payment of any expenses incurred by Vireli LLC. Cancellation of a scheduled transport is subject to a charge 100% of the quoted amount, unless otherwise changed at Virell LLC's discretion. Itinerary changes are permitted, but subject to aircraft and crew availability and subject to price adjustment. Notification of changes and/or cancellations must be in writing. Vireli LLC is not liable for expenses incurred in the case of mechanicals or weather. If the Client elects not to proceed on the original aircraft in the event of a mechanical failure or inclement weather, the Client is responsible for all charges incurred up to that point.

DOCUMENTATION AND TSA

Photo ID's are required prior to flight. Official travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are the responsibility of each passenger. International flights require passport information to be provided not less than 24 hours prior to departure. Passengers are required to check www.tsa.gov in regards to the latest TSA Prohibited Items List. Examples of Prohibited in cabin items: flammable items, fire arms, household tools, medical supplies, sharp objects, sporting equipment, etc. If any items are in question, passengers are to notify Vireli LLC. for approval prior to day of flight. Vireli LLC can deny boarding of any passengers and/or items deemed to be a threat to the safety of the flight and/or passengers. https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screeninq/whatcanibrinq/all

OPERATIONAL CONTROL

Vireli LLC is a broker acting in contracting air ambulance and other transportation services on behalf of our clients and is not a direct or indirect air carrier and is not a provider of medical services. Air carriers selected by Vireli LLC are certified by the Federal Aviation Administration and the U.S. Department of Transportation under part 135 regulations. Air carriers are solely responsible for the air transportation arranged on behalf of Vireli LLC. Vireli LLC does not own, lease or operate aircraft, and has no affiliation with any direct air carrier. Vireli LLC is not a FAA licensed Part 135 operator.

PASSENGER AND PET'S BEHAVIOR

The client shall instruct and cause the passengers to act in a reasonable manner at all times while aboard the aircraft and to comply with the directives and instructions of the pilots in command of the aircraft. The client shall be liable to Vireli LLC for any damage caused by any of the passengers or pets to the aircraft. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the aircraft. Pets may be welcome with some carriers, prior Vireli LLC approval and carriage arrangements are required. Cleaning fees may apply.

INDEMNIFICATION

Vireli LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, indirect, special or consequential damages, or other irregularity caused by the vehicle or conveyance, or the negligence of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements for your trip or by accident, delay, flight schedule, change cancellation, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other cause. Our liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid to us, and any claim shall be adjudicated in Charlotte County, FL and governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
